Hello friends!

Here we are, mid-Stripes! This set of blocks gives us a chance to, once more, really practice nailing that scant 1/4" seam. (Do you feel as if you are constantly practicing nailing that seam allowance? I do!) I've taken a peek ahead, and we are going to need to have nailed it for next week...if we are sticklers for perfect blocks. If we are comfortable with slight imperfections here and there, we don't have much to worry about. :)

Here are our blocks for this week  (I have to confess, the colors Tula is using in this section are not my favorites!), with the names I've given them:

Block 61 - Interrupting Cow - you've heard the joke, right? Knock, Knock!
Who's there?
Interrupting cow.
Interrupting cow wh...
Moo!



Block 62 - Subtle Interruption - it's similar to others we've seen, but a bit more subtle.



Block 63 - Brickwork



Block 64 - Graph It - this reminds me of a bar graph, and I think this is another block that you could use to make an interesting pieced border.



Block 65 - Floating Pillars - although it also looks like a folding screen floating in the block.
