We are getting very close to the holidays now, so let me first tell you which days we will be closed: Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31 - Jan. 1.
Now, the other important holiday news is that from 12/19-23, when you buy a gift card up to $200, we will add 10% to that gift card! So, pay $200 and the gift card will be written for $220!
If you are looking for a gift for a quilter - or if you are a quilter and you know someone who might be looking for a gift for *you* - we have lots of options in addition to a gift card. Kits, books, FQ bundles, and more! Don't forget about the Aurifil thread club (details below) for a year-round option!
Exciting news! In January we will be starting a 10-month Mystery Block of the Month designed by Pat Sloan!
It is called "Out West" and we are putting together bundles for this project - check in at the shop and see how they are shaping up! We've been talking with Pat and think this is going to be a really great project! We'll make one 12" block a month for a total of 9 blocks, plus setting instructions, for a quilt that finishes at 58" x 66".

Always wanted to learn Hand Embroidery? Here is your chance! 3 week class, starting January 6, from 10am-noon! You will learn basic stitches and complete a small project.
Beginning Quilting
8 week sessions begin Monday, January 13 from 1:30-4:30pm or Tuesday, January 14 from 6:30-9:30pm.
Adult Beginning Sewing Saturday January 18th from 9am-12pm.
Kids Beginning Sewing! Starts Saturday, January 18th from 1-4pm.
Machines provided.

The January Pincushion Party Class will be Monday, January 13, from 6-9 pm. Bring your sewing machine and sewing supplies; all the materials to finish your pincushion will be provided. Enjoy an evening of coffee, treats, and a fun time visiting with sewing friends !
If you are part of the Sew in Love Block of the Month class with Connie and Barb, the next meeting is December 19.
Ongoing classes: These classes happen on a recurring basis and can be joined at any time:
First Friday with Connie Will not meet in January, but will meet again on February 7.
Scrap Masters with Barb and Jan is taking a break and will begin again in January. It meets the 4th Thursday of the month, from 6:30-8:30 pm. ($5 per session)
