Community is Everything

This week Emma and I were able to sojourn over to Thief River Falls, MN to their local quilt guild. It was so refreshing and inspiring to witness all of the creative projects everyone brought to show and tell! 

What has truly stuck with me in the days since has been the emphasis of community. Quilters are some of the kindest, most sincere, and positively radiant people. There is something to be said about a group of like-minded people who support each other through creative endevors that turn into forever friends. This holiday season, I encourage you to embrace the community around you and support those in your life. 

Make a difference, Donate a pillowcase!

The bin is filling up! Now until December 7 to bring in handmade pillowcases to recieve a $10 gift certificate. Only one $10 gift certificate per person, whether one or 100 pillowcases are donated.

All donations will be distributed to CVIC in December. Stop in to browse the variety of pillowcase kits available.
