Season of Simplicity

As we settle into the holiday season, I can't help but appreciate the idea of simplicity. Driving around to see houses lit up, finishing up a project that I know a loved one will adore, and planning a holiday menu of all my family's favorites. 

I find that its not about the hustle and bustle, which is so prevalent, but rather, the slow stitches in my day. When I take a step back, I see the beautiful tapestry of all the little moments in front of me. My holiday wish for you is to take a step back and witness all of the beauty in the simplicity that surrounds you.

Kid's Gift Idea

Kid's Camp is back! June 17-20, 2024 is a four day camp where participants will complete a 56 x 72 quilt top.

The $199.95 investment will include the pattern Steamy Windows, 15 fat quarters, and materials to complete the project.

Students should have basic sewing knowledge and be comfortable using a sewing machine. Don't have a machine? No problem, we will provide one. Ages 10+. Space is limited to 10 students; payment due at registration.

Pencil Play: Exploring Modern Traditionalism

Monday, January 8: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

**A fun, light class that introduces the exploration of design in modern quilts. Led by Colleen Carlson, this class consists of mini lectures and personal drawing time. No fabric, no sewing, no UFOs, but a ton of room for your curiousity to bloom!

This class will be a preview of a class Colleen will be teaching at QuiltCon in Raleigh, NC in February 2024!
