Season of Simplicity

As we settle into the holiday season, I can't help but appreciate the idea of simplicity. Driving around to see houses lit up, finishing up a project that I know a loved one will adore, and planning a holiday menu of all my family's favorites. 

I find that its not about the hustle and bustle, which is so prevalent, but rather, the slow stitches in my day. When I take a step back, I see the beautiful tapestry of all the little moments in front of me. My holiday wish for you is to take a step back and witness all of the beauty in the simplicity that surrounds you.

A fun, new, in-store sew-a-long (or at home) session focusing on paper piecing. There will be a morning group, an afternoon and an evening group that can work on their blocks during the session.  Each session we will sample one of the delicious recipes from Jen Kingwell's Book, Quilt Recipes.
